CHRYSA is an 18+ dating application. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This document sets out our externally published standards against CSAE, in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable child-safety laws.
1. Zero-Tolerance Prohibition
The following are strictly prohibited on CHRYSA and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
- Any content, including text, images, or video, that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
- The creation, upload, storage, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of child sexual exploitation.
- Any attempt by a minor to access or use the App, or by any user to facilitate such access.
2. Age Requirement
CHRYSA is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We verify age eligibility at sign-up and reserve the right to terminate any account where age eligibility cannot be verified.
3. In-App Prevention and Safeguards
- All users must confirm they are 18 or older before creating an account.
- We provide in-app mechanisms to report and block other users.
- We review reports of CSAE and act on them promptly.
4. Reporting and Removal of CSAE
We provide an accessible in-app reporting tool and a dedicated reporting email address. When CSAE or CSAM is identified or reported:
- We remove the offending content.
- We terminate the responsible account(s).
- We preserve relevant information and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by law.
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
We comply with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including the United States and Japan, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations into CSAE.
6. Reporting CSAE to CHRYSA
To report suspected CSAE or CSAM on CHRYSA, contact our child-safety team at support@chrysa.app. Reports are treated as a priority. You may also report directly in the App using the Report function on any profile or message.
