Support
A little help with the next step.
Account questions, a reservation result or something that did not feel right—we are here to help. Email support@chrysa.app with enough detail for us to understand what happened.
Account access and deletion
For account access, profile changes or a deletion request, use the account controls in the app or email support@chrysa.app from the address associated with your account. Tell us what you would like help with. Do not send your password or a verification code. Deletion and any legally required retention follow our Privacy Policy.
Reservations and Quick Dates
Check the booking result in the app before treating a reservation as confirmed. For help, include the venue, date, approximate request time and any status shown. Do not include payment-card details. The reservation holder must accept a Quick Date request before the exact time is shared.
Chat and AI suggestions
AI reply suggestions load automatically when you open a chat and refresh after you send or receive a message. They follow the language mainly used in the conversation. You can edit or ignore them. If a suggestion is unhelpful or in the wrong language, tell us the conversation language and what you expected; share only the details needed to explain the problem.
Safety and reporting
For unwanted interactions, QuickDate Mode offers Hide User and Unmatch, while Butterfly Mode offers blocking. You can report inappropriate content or behavior in either mode, or email support@chrysa.app with relevant details. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Privacy and personal information
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email support@chrysa.app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and the rights available to you.
Calendar access
Device-calendar access is optional. Manage the permission in your device settings. If events do not appear as expected, include your device type and app version when asking for help.
A few things to know.
Is CHRYSA free?
CHRYSA is currently free for early adopters. Any future paid options will be announced before they launch.
How do I join a Quick Date?
Open a pin, look at the person and venue, then send a request. The reservation holder decides whether to accept. The exact reservation time is shared after acceptance.
When does a Quick Date appear on the map?
Only on the reservation day. Booking for a future date does not make the pin appear today.
Is my reservation confirmed when I send a request?
No. Wait for the booking result in the app. Availability and the venue’s booking process determine whether a reservation succeeds. A deposit or card requirement may mean you need to finish the booking yourself.
Can I get to know someone online first?
Yes. Butterfly Mode offers a separate avatar and handle, text introductions, Live Rooms and the Square. You choose the pace.
Do I have to connect my device calendar?
No. Permission is optional. If you enable it, existing events can appear alongside your CHRYSA plans. You can change access in device settings.
Where can I download CHRYSA?
CHRYSA is available for iPhone and Android in Japan and the U.S., with English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese support. You must be 18 or older.
